How often are new items added?
An exclusive, limited edition item will be added to the site on a monthly basis — the fourth Monday to be exact. Since our goods are produced in small batches, be sure to sign up for the mailing list to receive updates. We send infrequent mail and will never ever share your information.
When will my order ship?
All orders ship within 7 business days. If the item is a gift and you need it shipped at a specific time, please contact us and we will work to have it out right away. Arrival times vary by location.
The buyer retains full responsibility once the item has shipped. Consequently, we are unfortunately unable to refund money on a purchase that is lost or damaged in transit to the buyer.
How can I pay?
When checking out, you will be directed to complete your payment using PayPal. You do not have to have an account to make the purchase - you may use your debit or credit card without signing up. If you have any questions regarding this payment method, please contact us and we will be happy to help.
Please note that for all orders placed in the state of Tennessee, a 9.25% sales tax will be automatically added via PayPal.
Do you accept returns?
No, since our pieces are special editions and very limited, we do not accept returns. All sales are final.
